User Responsibilities
Account Security
- • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • Use strong, unique passwords
- • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Accurate Information
- • Provide accurate and complete registration information
- • Keep your profile information up to date
- • Verify your identity as required for your role
- • Report any changes to your verification status
Appropriate Use
- • Use the platform only for legitimate disaster purposes
- • Do not submit false or misleading disaster requests
- • Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
- • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Activities

- • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
- • Interfering with platform operations or security
Role-Specific Terms
Residents/Affected Users
- Submit disaster requests only for genuine emergencies requiring immediate assistance
- Provide accurate location information to enable effective response
- Cooperate with responders and follow safety instructions
- Complete identity verification as required for platform access
Disaster Responders
- Maintain professional credentials and verification status
- Respond promptly and professionally to assigned disaster requests
- Update request status accurately and maintain communication with requesters
- Follow all applicable disaster response protocols and safety guidelines
Administrators
- Manage user verification and platform access responsibly
- Monitor system activity and ensure platform integrity
- Protect user privacy and maintain confidentiality
- Comply with all data protection and privacy regulations
Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, RespoBilis is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
Uptime
Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
Maintenance
Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
Connectivity
Service depends on internet connectivity and third-party services
In case of service interruption, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly. However, we are not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability.
Limitation of Liability
Disaster Response Disclaimer
RespoBilis is a coordination platform and does not provide disaster services directly. We facilitate connections between users and responders but cannot guarantee:

- • Resolution of disaster situations
- • Accuracy of location data or system information
Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, RespoBilis and its operators shall not be liable for:

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Personal injury or property damage
Service interruptions or technical failures
Important: In genuine emergencies, always contact official emergency services (911, local authorities) directly. RespoBilis is a supplementary coordination tool and should not replace official emergency services.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of RespoBilis, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of RespoBilis and its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You May:
- • Use the platform for its intended disaster response purposes
- • Share links to public pages and resources
- • Reference RespoBilis in accordance with fair use principles
You May Not:
- • Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission
- • Use RespoBilis branding or trademarks without authorization
- • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Account Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features. Upon termination:

- • disaster data may be retained for legal compliance
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms:
